From Hainaut to the province of Liège: weddings, corporate events, birthdays and club nights, in French.
Wallonia, from Pecq to Liège
In Wallonia I have played ten times since 2024, across four provinces.
Besides six nights at Ikona Club in Pecq, I have played a wedding in Wauthier-Braine in Walloon Brabant, a birthday party in Coutisse near Andenne in the province of Namur, a corporate event at the Van der Valk hotel in Liège and a company anniversary party in Thimister-Clermont.
Distances are longer than in Flanders. Tournai and Pecq are half an hour away, Walloon Brabant just over an hour, Namur and Liège an hour and a half to two hours. For those areas the mileage fee is shown clearly in your proposal. Otherwise nothing changes: a proposal within 24 hours, online signing and coordination with the DJ and venue.

Castles, hotels and country estates
Wallonia has a wide choice of castles, hotels and country estates for weddings and corporate events, from Walloon Brabant to the Ardennes. They are often large venues where a live act brings guests together on the dance floor.
- Weddings: live percussion at the party, and if you like during the drinks reception too.
- Corporate events and company anniversaries: a short live moment after the speeches, then the party.
- Birthdays and private parties: the Solo or Duo Percussion package, roaming among the guests.
Practical points for events further away
For a party in Namur, Liège or the Ardennes I allow plenty of travel time so I can set up calmly. I bring all my gear by car: djembe, digital instruments, in-ears, wireless microphones and cables. The venue provides power and a safe spot next to the DJ.
For a long night or a late finish we decide together whether an overnight stay makes sense. That is included in the proposal up front, so there are no surprises later. In summer, when many parties are outdoors, I ask for a covered spot for the electronics.

Do you charge travel in Wallonia?
The first 100 km from Kortrijk are included, which covers western Hainaut. For Walloon Brabant, Namur, Liège and Luxembourg a mileage fee applies, shown in advance in your proposal.
Do you speak French with guests and the venue?
Yes. I work fluently in French as well as Dutch and English. The rider and coordination with the DJ can be done entirely in French.
Can you play with a local DJ?
Yes. Send me your DJ's details and I will agree style, tempo and connections in advance. Prefer a duo? I can suggest a DJ from my network.
Do you play weddings in Walloon Brabant?
Yes. I have played a wedding in Wauthier-Braine. Walloon Brabant is just over an hour from Kortrijk, and any mileage fee is shown in your proposal in advance.
